This experiment was conducted during two consecutive seasons, 2005/2006 in the nursery of the Faculty of Agriculture - Minia University in Minya Governorate, to shed more light on the effect of soil texture and salinity and pollination with the mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae and Glomus atunicatum) and organic fertilization on some traits of vegetative and root growth and concentration and absorption of elements Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and chloride in seedless grape seedlings. In early February, during the two commercial seasons, 216 seedlings of flame grapes, from a one-year-old, strong-growing and identical Oqla seedlings, were selected for this experiment. The experiment included three factors (A, B, and C).
The first factor (A) included three types of soil (three environments): a1 clay soil, a2 sandy soil, a3 soil
Limestone. As for the second factor (B), it contained two treatments of soil salinity: B1 is not salting the soil (zero salinity), B 2 is salting the soil at a concentration of 1000 parts per million, and the third factor (C) has included the following six factors of pollination with two types of Vesicular microrhiza with dendritic branches and organic fertilization (municipal fertilizer) Part 1: No vaccination with mikerheza, as well as no organic fertilization with municipal fertilizer. C2 Organic Fertilization with Municipal Fertilizer only (0.3% Nitrogen, 0.9% VO2A5, 0.4BO2A), C3 Soil pollination with mycorrhizal Glomus mosseae only. C4 Pollination of the soil with Glomus mosseae in addition to composting with compost. C5 Pollination of soil with Glomus atunicatum only.
C6 pollinate the soil With mycorrhizal glomus atunicatum, in addition to composting with compost. Thus, the experiment included 36 treatments (three soil textures, two levels of soil salinity, six treatments of mycorrhizia and municipal fertilizer). Each treatment has been repeated three times at a rate of 2 seedlings per repetition, and thus the total number of seedlings that were chosen to carry out the experiment is 216 seedlings. As for the salinity of the soil, it was produced from sodium chloride and sodium sulfate in a ratio of 1: 1 by weight at a concentration of 1000 ppm. During the two seasons of the experiment, the following characteristics were measured: 1- The characteristics of vegetative growth (plant height (in centimeters), plant thickness (in centimeters), number of side growths and leaves of the plant, dry weight of the plant (in grams) and leaf area (in square centimeters))). 2- Root attributes: (root spread (in square centimeters), root length (in centimeters)). 3- The percentage and absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and chloride elements in the whole plant (mg / plant). 4- The percentage of infection with mycorrhizal fungi. 5- The ratio of dependence on mycorrhizal fungi.
